Take a mindful pause with us at Time Out Tuesdays, held in our workshop space on the second Tuesday of every month.

Inspired by Kaira Jewel Lingo’s book, We Were Made for These Times, each session will begin with guided breathing or meditation and close with optional sharing. In between, we'll use our hands to engage in whatever form of making appeals to you, inspired by our opening theme. Attendees are welcome to bring their personal art supplies or use ours, we'll have plenty of materials to share.

No prior art, therapy, or meditation experience is required. Participants are welcome to bring food and/or drinks.

Time Out Tuesday is offered on a sliding-scale basis (no one will be refused for inability to pay), but pre-registration is required. The suggested fee for Time Out Tuesday is $25.
